The worst customer service ever! They sent me the wrong items twice and had me jump threw all sorts of hoops to return the items and then kept my money and gave me a store credit for a company I don't want to do business with again! BUYER BEWARE and shop somewhere else!!! Here's the response from Grasscity. " Once your item returns to our warehouse we will be able to issue a refund (via store credit) or exchange your item."

Great products, arrived fast from distance it has to travel.

Took one full month to receive. Contacted after 2 weeks and was politely told to to shut up and wait.
Product is fine. But a month to ship? I’ll just go spend the extra 15 bucks at the shop in town.

Grasscity is legit... I got a nice glass bong from them and it works great, no problems. They also have good prices compared to other sights.

I ordered months ago and when I finally received my order it was broken. I reached out to the company and they supposedly sent me a new one I checked the tracking and it said it was in my mailbox so I check the mail and still nothing that was almost 2 weeks ago and still no package.

Took like 2 and a half weeks to get here but the product is amazing. Highly recommend.

How they've been in business this long I'll never know. Ordered in early December (5th or 6th) thinking item was coming from one of websites heavily advertised "warehouses in US" only to find out after I ordered that the item is coming from the Netherlands and has to go through customs! Now tracking says it has been in customs since Dec 21. Took me over a week to get a response from Grasscity who told me to talk to Route insurance, took over week to get a response from Route who told me to contact customs (umm, what?) When I was finally able to get through to customs they tell me to track it on USPS which says "in transit" therefore customs said they can literally do nothing for me and I need to wait another 45-90 days!
To Grasscity- this is clearly an ongoing issue for this company so STOP trying to mail things from Europe to the US during a pandemic. Stop taking US orders and trying to fill them from other countries. I spent over $140 and will never spend another cent with grasscity and will gladly stop anyone I know from orderimg from grasscity if they mention it to me.

Yes, got a refund after a whole 3 week game of run around with you, Route and customs.
Thanks for another cookie cutter response blaming the pandemic when grasscity is well aware that international shipping is a huge issue right now and doesn't tell people where a product is shipping from until after it has been ordered. Go check out BetterBusinessBureau.com and look at all the problems people have had. This was not a rarity, if anythjng the refund was the rarity.

i have still yet to recive my pakeges i ordered 2 bubblers and a rolling machien thing and the rolling machien came in a week been a while and still notthing on my 2 bubblers were supposed to be chrismas presents but thata out the window now

the pipe i got was amazing. exactly like the picture, pretty thick solid glass for a spider!! shipment updates were kind of confusing but overall service was great, definitely using this website for future purchases :)
